• Delivery of paintings in Lithuania is free.
• The painting will arrive safely packed, with painted edges, with the author's signature.
• Original paintings in Lithuania* are delivered within 2-5 working days after payment.
• Print production before shipping takes 5-7 working days after payment.
• Depending on the size of the picture, delivery is possible by courier, through the Lithuanian Post Office or the parcel department of the bus station. The shipping option will be coordinated with the buyer individually by e-mail. by mail or phone.
• It is possible to pick up a painting or print from the studio in Vilnius; in advance
at the agreed place; delivery to the address specified by the buyer (+- 30 km).
• Smaller format goods are sent by post office (according to the specified residential address
location)

• Delivery of paintings or prints
outside Lithuania is carried out through couriers of various delivery services. After sending the picture, the e-mail you specified you will receive a tracking number by mail.
• Smaller format goods outside Lithuania are sent by Lithuanian Post or parcel service courier (depending on the country, according to the specified place of residence). After sending the shipment, the e-mail you specified
you will receive a tracking number by mail.

• If you are unsatisfied with the painting, returns are possible within 14 working days of receipt, securely packed and sent in the same way it was sent.
• To return a larger image, contact the e-mail specified in the contacts. by mail or phone.

ATTENTION!
• During the delivery of the goods, you must check the condition of the shipment!
• After noticing the damage to the package, it is mandatory to write notes about it in the presence of the courier
shipment violations or refuse to accept the shipment.
• After receiving the product and signing the consignment note without comments, it is considered that the shipment was delivered in good order and this may complicate any claims regarding the product's external
examination of violations. In any case, the product warranty obligations remain valid.
